To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同同事lunch time 黎咗呢間食,直衝入去,唔洗等位。lunch time 只有lunch set menu, 大約有十多款選擇,粉麵或飯都有,但感覺個menu有啲泰式食物,好似冬蔭公炒飯咁,又有海南雞.....包一杯飲料,另加一收費。我就叫咗個海鮮喇沙,連埋加一60蚊,由點餐到上桌,大約等咗10分鐘左右,友人的海南雞飯比我快,而且賣相唔錯。我的喇沙用一個大湯碗,上寬下較窄的高身碗,湯色似正常喇沙,好多湯,但餸同粉都唔多,有一隻蝦,少少魚片,3塊豆卜,2粒oysters,因為湯實在太多,影相都唔好睇,今次冇影相,味道ok, 唔太鹹唔太甜,食完冇味精口乾,整體ok,但就粉的份量太少,我小女子都覺得唔係好飽。餐廳環境唔錯,燈光暗暗,唔太嘈,午餐時段好多人等,我哋都唔敢坐太耐。下次可以試吓其他嘢
