中環開了一家阿根廷牛排餐廳～這陣子做了一個promotion 星期二T-bone 牛排半價，星期四斧頭扒半價！真的超划算！午餐set menu 才158 有沙拉，薯條，牛扒，飲品還有甜品churros 🥹🥹👍午餐menu 選擇了安格斯牛臂蓋扒，medium rare不錯。這個部位比較硬一點，比較適合喜歡有咬口的牛扒。配上chimichurrl 醬有阿根挺風味。這個薯條真的好好吃！一直吃不停是用鴨油炸的，所以格外的脆，不會放一會就軟了。調味也是平均，不會過咸，好像用了香料還有蒜～T-bone 扒是今天的highlight～烤的很不錯，肉質很嫩。外面還用了一點醃料，別有一番風味。個人覺得T-bone 比較出色。阿根廷牛沒有美國牛味重，如果追求牛味重的話這個就不太合適了
