Made a trip to Cookies Quartet yesterday during lunch hour. Was amazed that all cookies have been sold out. Thus, took half day off today and got there by 10:15am this morning. Originally thought I can take a slow breakfast before lining up......but the fact is there has been a long queue with almost 20 people there!Store opens at 11:00am and their staff came out in serving cookies for trial, which is very nice. A couple minutes later, they start taking order with each customer on the queue.

Store opens at 11:00am and their staff came out in serving cookies for trial, which is very nice. A couple minutes later, they start taking order with each customer on the queue. Each customer can only buy 2 boxes of cookies and 2 boxes of palmier. Some customer who has excessive quota would share with others.

It was quick to pay and get the cookies. Finally, I got my mission accomplished in an hour's time, not too bad.

All in all, cookies/palmier taste really good. Whole process is nicely organised and really support them in limiting output of each day and hope this helps in controlling quality too. In fact, this makes their cookies not proliferate in the market like other mass produce!
