Pickled Pelican (Closed)

The food is definitely edible and not terrible by any means, but it's really nothing special. I think the location helps this restaurant a lot. Food was average, but the paprika/garlic spice fries were quite good. Service was also extremely good. Felt welcome and well taken care of.
