For all the foreigners, to get a good experience of very local HK dining experience. this is one of the many places to come. Beef and potato: Signature dish, crispy potatoes on the outside, fluffy in the inside. Sweet savory glaze over the potatoes and super tender meat.Claypot eggplant and pork: Delicious Three egg vegetable dish: Delicious, maybe a bit salty However I believe msg was used because I felt quite thirsty afterwardsThe waiters realised I wasn't local and they really put in effort
