This corner dim sum place is a restaurant boyfriend and I walk by often and see a queue of people waiting for a table. We often wondered ... why?

As we were in the Sheung Wan area after an art gallery tour, we decided to come here for dinner as it was getting late. There was a bit of line but we didn't have to wait for very long.
Seating is very cramped but food comes out quickly and your out the door fast. Menu is in English and Chinese. Ordering is the form of checking off things on a slip of paper. There is no 10% service charge. They have a $3 tea charge.

Steamed Chicken and Chinese Mushrooms ($29). Rice was piping hot when it arrived. It was cooked perfectly. The chicken was moist and not dry. There wasn't a lot of mushrooms.

Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce ($18). The chicken feet was actually pretty good. The sauce was not too salty but was quite rich in taste. It was also braised long enough so that the skin wasn't tough.

Shrimp Dumplings ($28). These were a bit of a fail as the skin was too thin and fell apart when picking them up. The shrimp filling was overcooked and just chewy.

Spring Rolls Wrapped by Rice Rolls ($23). The rice rolls were not too thick and the spring rolls were still crispy. A nice amount of shrimp filling was found inside as well.

Crab Roe, Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai ($24). These were a bit overcooked. The pork to shrimp ratio was ok. But as it was overcooked, it was bit chewy.

Deep Fried Glutinous Rice Balls with Diced Shrimp and Pork Stuffing ($18). Surprisingly not oily as I expected it to be more so. I love the filling as it was very savory.

Crispy BBQ Pork Buns ($18). This is where we ordered too much. I later took these home for breakfast. The pork buns were ok though a bit too doughy in texture.

Fairly decent all day dim sum but not one of the best in town. But as this is in Sheung Wan, where they don't have a lot of direct competition, I can see why there is always a line. Prices are not expensive (actually pretty cheap!). I would return again if in the area.
