To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過見好耐無食，又唔使排隊就決定食茶木～📍茶木限定推廣香港人精神當然試下啲新試品，睇吓伏唔伏啦～見台式炸皇子乳鴿 同 台式撈喜鹽水鴿做推廣買一送一，當然要試下啦！📍台式撈喜鹽水鴿同場見好少人試推廣產品，心裏面已經做咗個準備，首先味道偏淡，鴿應該是用滷水醃過，肉質偏林而且冇乜味，同平時食開嘅鴿既肉質都偏差頗大，可能配菜比鴿仲好味，試咗一次，不會主動推介給別人！📍微辣手工拌麵配雞湯呢款麵質似台灣某貴價明星出品拌麵嘅質地，味道尚算可接受，輕微辣。如果分量多啲會係加分！ 跟餐配嘅雞湯，賣相不討好：雞湯油有點多，湯料包含一舊粉紅色雞肉，即時令胃口減少。如果細食兼鍾意食少少辣嘅人，都值得一試～📍士多啤梨轉頭雪糕飯後甜品，當然係是茶木嘅招牌轉頭雪糕多士啦，味道同以前一樣，都係食到令人開心，不過唔知係咪太耐冇食，多士嘅size好似細咗總結：店舖應該主動提供最基本嘅水比客人。問職員拎調味料嘅過程太耐，我哋總共問咗三位職員，先被記得😂再次確認時仍拎錯調味料.....希望下次會進步啦～
