At first the risotto, nicely displayed on the plate, looked appetising. Although fancy looking, the dish was a disappointment. We were all deceived by its looks. Papa Kitchen could not get the rice properly cooked. It was definately undercooked. The fish on the other hand was fresh and juicy. If not for the risotto, the food would have been enjoyable.
