大角咀小店真係好用心做,無論睇頭野食定服務都做到足,雖然只係小店,都真係值得多啲人去。出面有句標語寫住覺得自己唔係超人,所以要休息,大家記得星期一唔好摸門釘,門口仲有個香噴噴既噴霧俾大家用好貼心。加$30就有個套餐,包哂湯、沙律、野飲同甜品,湯真係超足料,上面有啲櫻花蝦仔,同湯好濃味。個飯仲加上左紫菜同飯素夠哂香口。叫左兩款牛食,花崗岩石板先焗到250度,令石板受熱更均匀,更鎖住肉汁。《澳洲和牛牛板腱》($138),每款肉店員都有話燒幾耐,燒既時侯可以灑上調味料,輕輕咁灑上海鹽已經好夠,牛板腱脂肪分佈均匀肉汁豐富。《美國頂級牛小排》($148),牛小排燒二十秒度已經夠,較有口感肉味較重。再叫左一款豬,《西班牙黑毛豬飼養豬梅頭肉》($98),黑毛豬就要燒耐少少,不過等耐啲都值,入口真係好嫩身,油香亦好足夠。餐點最後仲會有甜品,超有心思自己要DIY個綠茶粉,整好之後就可以淋上雪糕度,個茶味真係好甘香。店名:石一燒地址:大角咀鐵樹街10號富多來新邨一期地下13號舖餐牌:
