有日行過見到新間台式小店,大埔都唔算好多台式野食,通常都係去一兩間,見到晚餐都幾多人等位,就去等一等試一試。小店都好先進咁有部機可以禁飛,都等左十幾分鐘先有位坐,入面真係坐滿哂人,不過座位都真係坐得幾迫。最先到既係《鹽焗雞絲米線》($47),上面都舖滿左唔少雞絲,雞絲都算嫩身,鹽焗就唔太覺,米線都係普通款,湯底唔算太濃。台式點可以唔食肉燥飯,《酥炸豬扒肉燥飯》($59),份量唔算細,肉燥偏瘦肉個汁濃味有啲稀身,豬扒應該醃得好過份,炸皮幾薄不過幾油幾粉。小食加左個《蜜糖花枝丸》(+$27),今晚呢樣野最好食,花枝丸即炸熱辣辣,咬落去都幾彈牙,個皮亦都夠脆。加左錢要《仙草奶茶》(+$4),不過跟枝細飲管係咩玩法,完全飲唔到仙草,茶味有不過唔出。店名:茶語地址:大埔安慈路4號昌運中心地下77號舖餐牌:
