K11 Musea平時行過裝修華麗,無諗過會有潮州菜館係入面, 但去過名潮食館之後,對傳統潮州菜有改觀。餐廳環境好光猛樸實,符合K11 Musea 個格調,裏面分上下兩層,座位闊落舒服。菜單晏晝主打點心,夜晚就做小菜,夜晚想食點心嘅都可以同餐廳預留。潮州椒醬肉呢碟餸材料豐富,由蝦米、肥豬肉、豆乾、菜脯、青紅椒炒成。好適合送酒,作為開胃菜都一流。無米粿裏頭有韭菜,薑蔥頭,撈埋米漿落鑊煎。食落去外脆內軟,冇米粒嘅感覺,好滑!食完之後都仲有飽足感添!五行六合菜有百合,豆角,欖菜,苦瓜,青椒炒成。欖菜本身有鹹味,食落唔會覺得寡。本身好怕食苦瓜,但係食起來又唔算苦,反而有種清爽。梅菜蒸肉餅豉油汁加肉餅個配搭冇得輸,好送飯!即刻又要嗌兩碗飯同友人一齊分享。肉餅蒸蟹膏圈上菜嘅時候見到成隻蟹疊係肉餅上面,蟹肉味道鮮甜,蟹膏蟹肉再配上肉餅令人好滿足。潮州沙嗲炒米粉除咗配料豐富,米粉炒得乾身,睇得出師傅嘅功力。食落去有少少辣口,食得幾過癮。懷舊黑芝麻卷今次係第一次食傳統嘅黑芝麻卷,芝麻香味濃郁,又唔會過甜,作為甜品結尾唔錯濃郁。
