I had the Hainan Chicken Rice ($40). I was surprised by the portion size and the addition of soup. Whenever I order this for afternoone tea, it's usually smaller and doesn't include soup. But this was the regular portion size. The soup was a pork bone soup and not the usual chicken broth. It was pretty good. The rice had a heavy coconut taste. The chicken was a bit dry.

Boyfriend had the Thom Yum Noodle Soup ($42). This wasn't spicy at all and more on the sour side. But for a tea set, we were expecting it not only to be smaller but not to have so much seafood. There was shrimp, squid, scallop! Impressive!

Food tasted ok.  But portion size and what they offer you for afternoon tea prices is a pretty good deal! Will be back.
