Went to the restaurant twice once. The first time, one the main courses we ordered were forgotten about, resulting in an extra 45 minute wait while other guests finished their meals. Decided to give the place a second shot, so we made a reservation via phone call the day before, the receptionist confirmed our booking. As someone whose worked in the restaurant industry, hope to see the restaurant improve their customer service and avoid basic mistakes that could impact the diners experience.
