But the experience was so horrendous that I just could not bear to not to leave a message here.

Given it's reputation as the best of Hong Kong and the price I pay to sit and dine there, I would have expected the service to be much better.

Before I visited Sevva, I had already read a whole lot of poor reviews. But in my mind, I still felt that it couldn't be true. With high tea priced at HKD600 (approx.), a lot more expensive than the top hotels in Hong Kong, surely it couldn't be that bad. But I was wrong.

When we arrived, we were seated outdoors amidst the hot and humid weather of Hong Kong. We on a number times during our meal requested to be seated indoors instead. But every time they would give various excuses such as the tables were reserved for a party at 5pm and the tables inside were all full. So being understanding people, we just accepted their explanation.

But only within 2 minutes after we asked for the last time, the people on the table next to us were given seats indoors. What happened to there being no table? What happened to the tables being reserved?

And this, was only one of the many incidents during our short horrible meal.

Sevva, please dismiss your entire waitstaff.

Until then, neither I nor my friends will ever visit again.

Thank you for ruining my sister's birthday tea.
