香港人最鍾意打邊爐㗎啦!見天氣涼涼地同男朋友去紅磡黃埔打邊爐,見到呢間潮窩,好精美~好新淨!我哋又唔鍾意食任食,寧願食啲食物同環境都有質素嘅火鍋店。就入咗去試吓。醬料都好乾淨啊。而且好多款揀沙嗲醬麻醬必備啦!都係我嘅至愛~打邊爐我哋最鍾意叫清涼啲嘅飲品,例如酸梅湯啊等等,今次就嗌咗竹蔗茅根,好清甜喎。湯底方面,呢間餐廳都有好多選擇!出邊成日食開沙嗲鴛鴦湯底,今次我哋試吓啲比較特別嘅湯底,叫咗鹹菜豬肚雞湯。個湯底好足料,好多豬肚,差唔多有成隻雞咁滯。唔使講一定要叫肥牛啦,我哋今次叫咗唔會太肥又唔會太瘦嘅安格斯牛小排。鋪得好靚呀,而且好新鮮!而且食落好有牛味唔會太薄啱啱好。餐廳仲有好多特色嘅手打丸,例如我哋叫咗呢兩款,都係有餡嘅丸!手打真係唔同啲!好彈牙而且入邊有餡,好特別!蝦丸入邊有鹹蛋,而墨魚丸入邊就有芥茉醬。出邊好少有咁樣嘅做法。火鍋湯底好足料,就咁飲都好好味。當我地話埋單之際,店員仲話等一等,有糖水送啊!佢哋送咗一人一碗湯圓紅豆沙,好滿足。
