Kokonoi Sushi Restaurant

Newly opened restaurant at Megabox so we went to try it this afternoon for lunch. Long lineup but we made it in. Food quality was Ok but everything else was not. Some food took over one hour to come and some never came. Some orders came but they were not the ones we ordered.


The ordering and delivery system was a total mess. At first the tablet indicator on whether the particular dish has came was working properly, but at some point with everyone complaining about missing or wrong dishes the indicator just went nuts showing all dishes have been served for every table, which was obviously not correct. At the end everyone had to double or triple check the bill to know what came and what didn’t. I doubt any customer would return to this restaurant, at least not anytime soon.
