Last week was my birthday,me, myself and all my friends are big fans at Kangaroo in hk island,but unlucky, the one in central and wanchai both closed down,so we decided to check out the Kangaroo in TST.When we got in, an old lady come to the table, and asked us to be quiet (to be quiet in the bar?? is a library or a bar), and she said "I'm sorry, you're not at hong kong side, we have different policy, you are not allowed bababa...I don't know what kind of policy they are funny, but what she did

I don't know what kind of policy they are funny, but what she did is pissed off 10 customers... I'm wonder what kind of policy will encourage staff to make customers disappointed and angry, especially the customers who maintain such a good relationship with the hk side kangaroos...
