January 21st 2013 was the first time I tried this dish at the Wan Chai branch and I fell in love with it ever since. I can remember the spicyness (pardon me I'm Singaporean, I can take spicy), I was telling my friend that I had finally found a place in HK that is ACTUALLY spicy. The next time I tried was in Hysan Place and I felt that the spicyness was toned down alot, I thought it may be due to the fact that they were doing Groupon promotion so I had my reserves. The next time I tried was in Hysan Place and I felt that the spicyness was toned down alot, I thought it may be due to the fact that they were doing Groupon promotion so I had my reserves. Then my friend came to visit me and I took her to the Wan Chai branch again after 4 months since I first tried. I was really disappointed this time that this was not spicy too, I was thinking it may be due to the fact that people were complaining that it was too spicy and they toned down the spicyness. (I want them to bring back the spicyness!!)Also, together with the set meal, there's the awesome, melting scrambled eggs with mushroom sauce. I used to think that only MacDonald's had such delicious scrambled eggs (well the MacDonald's eggs are too well done these days), these eggs are as good as the Australia Dairy Company! I would hope to go there again when the noodles become spicy again....
