Quite a popular restaurant so made it right after they opened at 12:00. Chose this because it was labelled as signature and I was craving noodles. The soup was plainer than I thought, which was actually great because I added green chilli paste and it was the perfect kind of hot for a Hong Kong winter day. The noodles were filling without being heavy. The sausage rolls offered nothing much so wouldn’t order it again. The highlight was the drumsticks: even though I ate them warm almost room temperature, there were still juicy and crispy. I would definitely ordered them as a side dish next time!
Triple-double Chicken Rice set
The chicken was a bit dry but mixed well with the seasoned rice. No excitement for the sausage roll nor the eggs. Wouldn’t go for this.
