While we were waiting for minibus, we thought of getting some takeout to enjoy at home. It was so amazing how the staff pack all boxes and bowls perfecting fitting each other without any spills even when we got back home.
桂林頂級鮮牛肉球 ($25)The tender just cooked minced beef balls were seasoned with coriandar and white pepper. It just brought back all of my childhood memories when I dip those balls into worcestershire sauce.

For $18, you may get two big pieces of prawn har gow with cystal like thin wrapping skin and a few pieces of big prawns stuffed inside. The bounchy prawn tasted so good with some chili sauce!

One of the most delicate dim sum to enjoy yet can't be found in any yum cha tea house nowadays. I found it done nicely with a thin skin again and with no pig fat cubes like some other restaurants. There were only pork meat and a few shrimps fillings, while the soup was clear without being too salty. The big soup dumpling was really filling and it can easily be shared with two people.

The lotus leave wrapped rice was also very generous in size with a few slices of abalone, shittake mushrooms, and duck breasts. The leave flavour infused into the rice, giving it a garden kind of taste. The rice was also seasoned with light sweet soya sauce which made it extra tasty!
