OVERALL: located in TST Hau Fook Street(厚福街), this resto is filled with cool purple neon lighting, mixture of bar/couch seatings & a diverse menu👏🏼 Advisable to book in advance even for weekdays! Pretty yummy food overall, but not sure if Pan became more relaxed & sleepy post meal or due to a tiring work day🤣❗️Everything can be done with no CBD🌿 - just let them know
DISHES:
🐟🫔 Wellington salmon with peruvian aji amardillo sauce - signature dish & not often found in restaurants, it’s served with cress sprouts salad and can be cut into 4 sizeable pieces. The sauce compliments well & the salmon is not dry/overcooked, but the pastries a bit soggy.
🍣🍚Hawaiian ponzu salmon semi-cooked tuna ahi poke - very big portion, topped with salmon, onsen egg, cherry tomatoes, asparagus tips & beans (these beans have an interesting flavour, might not be for everyone), very filling and flavourful. Recommended! 😋
🥘🌮Green curry chicken enchiladas - the curry with the purple opinions is mildly spicy, but gives a great kick to the flavour. An interesting dish but personally won’t order again just bcos there’s others Pan wants to try! 😂
🍫🍌Banana chocolate milk - topped with creme and chocolate sauce, pretty sweet and tasted as expected👌🏻
