OVERALL: Located inside the HK Park, The Alchemist Café is spacious & has a view of the park’s lawn 🍃and artificial lake. If you come during weekend, best to go earlier to avoid the line! Perfect location to grab a big brunch before you go cycle 🚴🏼♀️nearby to TKO promenade! Pan 🥞 didn’t like the lack of service there though, and felt rushed by waiters to pay the bill (90 mins time limit but we were told that our time was almost up 30 mins before leaving time) 🤦🏻♀️
DISHES:
🍳🥪 Vegetarian brunch - comes with black truffle sauce scrambled egg on ciabatta, fresh fruit (🍓🥭) chia coconut milk pudding, mushroom, tomato, potato wedges. Pretty satisfying combo, eggs were yum with the truffle paste, potato wedges were done hot & crispy and particularly the chia pudding was a nice touch to your standard brunch, v refreshing!
