Happy Friday~ 新派越南咖啡廳上次搭電梯去泰國菜吃飯,經過越南餐廳,看到門外環境及餐牌菜式都新穎,好吸引,決定今晚進去試試,太久沒吃越南餐了。4個小食:脆米紙薄餅非常豐富有層次的南越小食,貌似薄餅,底層由薄薄脆口米紙組成,放上咸香越南臘腸,醃蘿蔔絲同青瓜增加口感,加上是拉差同千島醬,酸酸甜甜又帶點咸香,又有微脆口感,好創新配搭。扎肉心内美米紙卷米紙卷色彩繽紛,煙韌米紙緊緊捲著心內美蘿蔔片、扎肉、青瓜的豐富餡料,沾上花生麻醬份外醒胃。越式時蔬南越蟹肉醬配脆球餅食法是將蟹肉醬和配菜釀入脆球餅,帶來了多重的口感層次。4個粉飯:嫲嫲南越湯-招牌金邊粉嫲嫲南越湯-牛肉、牛肉丸金邊粉炸豬肉春卷、札肉撈米線香茅豬扒配斑蘭椰香飯4個飲料:微藻檸檬薑茶藍色好特出、都係自然色素,檸檬🍋要榨壓先再出味,薑味都好濃,飲落好清熱解毒。荔枝雲朵咖啡 有點苦味柑桔檸檬綠茶 x 2

非常豐富有層次的南越小食,貌似薄餅,底層由薄薄脆口米紙組成,放上咸香越南臘腸,醃蘿蔔絲同青瓜增加口感,加上是拉差同千島醬,酸酸甜甜又帶點咸香,又有微脆口感,好創新配搭。

扎肉心内美米紙卷

米紙卷色彩繽紛,煙韌米紙緊緊捲著心內美蘿蔔片、扎肉、青瓜的豐富餡料,沾上花生麻醬份外醒胃。
