Visited this restaurant on a normal weeknight, the food and service were both fantastic. We had the below tapas:

- paella arancini (deep-fried balls stuffed with paella, chorizo and pepper puree)- goat’s cheese and jam on croquettes- 36 month aged ham- pan con (quail egg on bread)

- roast baby chicken as main

All the above was very good, especially the aged ham and this restaurant really lives on to its name. All these tapas are recommended and I will be sure to come back and try the others. They also have a big list of sherry, which goes very well with the food. I'm not being familiar with sherry so I asked the waiter to recommend and he was more than happy to explain about the various types of sherry.

The place is very nicely decorated in blue and white tiles. The good service just made the meal much better. Overall, I recommend giving this restaurant a try.
