The package was cute with the face of the guy who was actually making the egg puffs.
Original Eggs Ball ($13) - the texture was actually pretty good as it was crispy on the outside and very chewy on the inside. Sometimes you either get one or the other, but they did a good job here. Unfortunately, it was lacking in flavor - especially egg flavor. I've tried their chocolate flavor as well, and even that was not flavorful. It was weird as you can smell the egg and chocolate scent, but when you bite into it, it just didn't translate into taste. If they can get the taste right, this could be a great egg puffs place.
