Good cocktails, the rest is questionable

Excellent cocktails - the Roulette Rouge and Elixir Madame were tasty and smooth - although rather expensive ($150ish) for a place that isn’t a rooftop bar, an Asia top 50 bar, or something else especially noteworthy. Service was good. The chicken nuggets were like McDonalds-like (literally the same shape) but cost $100 instead of $20, so skip the food. Bathrooms smelled terribly and there was no soap available the two times I used it. Best advice - stick to the drinks, don’t use the loo.
