My mom was telling me how this shop used to be famous for their Fish Balls and Briskets in rice noodles - done in a typical Chiu Chow style. The Beef Brisket is cooked in Lo Shui, but these came a little too hard to bite! The beef offals were also slightly overcooked. The Soup that came with the Rice Noodles however was very very good - it had no detectable MSG in it, but was sophisticated for a Lo Shui. I will come back just to eat a plain 腩汁河粉 !! *********************Original Review @h
