To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Ga Ki Nang (家己儂)...雖然小妹唔係真正既潮州人,但細個既時候已經成日抆衫尾同親戚去潮式茶樓同菜館食野!每次一食就唔停得口,食飽飽仲要嘆番杯功夫茶...諗起就開心啦!!!今次好高興又可以同一班好朋友同PR去旺角新世紀廣場既百樂潮州酒樓試食潮州菜。事不宜遲,一齊睇下小妹地食左D咩菜啦!!!第一味為大家送上既係涼拌魚皮 (~$48)!!!爽口既魚皮以惹味既魚露再配上薑絲、紅椒、芹絲等涼拌而成,美味之餘亦十分醒胃,正正為豐富既晚餐揭開序幕!!!除左魚皮做頭盤醒醒胃,不得不提仲有秘製生醃螄蚶(~$48)添~~螄蚶鮮甜可口,而秘製醬汁濃度恰度好處,唔會搶走螄蚶既新鮮味道,而且有少少辣椒更加帶出螄蚶既鮮味!!!去食潮州菜,小妹又點會錯過試下佢地出名既打冷名菜呀!!!登登登登...白烚凍花蟹王(時價)~~WOW!!!兩隻大大既花蟹,單單蟹蓋已經有手掌般大啦!!!而師傅仲好貼心,白烚大花蟹之後,就將它斬件成易食既大細上碟,食起上黎好易,好岩小妹依D懶人,當然都好岩同老人家同小朋友一齊食啦!!!蟹肉新鮮美味,而且蟹肉好結實,完全唔洗醮醬汁都好好味啦,而且D蟹膏又多又香,真係好想一試再試呀!

WOW!!!兩隻大大既花蟹,單單蟹蓋已經有手掌般大啦!!!

而師傅仲好貼心,白烚大花蟹之後,就將它斬件成易食既大細上碟,食起上黎好易,好岩小妹依D懶人,當然都好岩同老人家同小朋友一齊食啦!!!

蟹肉新鮮美味,而且蟹肉好結實,完全唔洗醮醬汁都好好味啦,而且D蟹膏又多又香,真係好想一試再試呀!!

你地睇單單蟹鉗既肉已經咁大舊,啖啖肉,so nice!!!(小妹個貪食樣都出左黎啦!!HAHA!!!)

鹵水菜式又係潮州菜中Must食之選啦!!!小妹同朋友就有幸試到三款不同既滷水菜式!!!

第一款唔少得當然係潮州滷水拼盤(~$350)啦!!!

一碟既滷水拼盤入面有小妹最愛既鵝肉啦!再有次愛既豆腐,仲有豬耳、鵝腸、大腸等!!!

鵝肉唔只有濃濃既滷水香味,而且滷到鵝肉好「林」好入味,但一D都冇好咸既感覺~~

豆腐又係好香,好入味之餘,仲外有小小咬口,個心就好滑,大愛呀!!!

第二味不可不試就係滷水豬蹄筋 (~$88)~~

雖然小妹平日真係好少會食鵝肝...HAHA因為擔心自己會膽固醇超標呀!!

但今次都俾佢吸引到食左一塊,入口即溶,但鵝肝香氣即使鵝肝溶化後都依然齒夾留香!!

食左7樣佳餚,又點可以缺少美酒呢!!!今次有幸第一次試到野豬啤 (~$38一瓶)...

之前都聽朋友講野豬啤酒既白麥味好香,而且好易入口,女士們好適合飲,今次一試就真係不能同意多一點呀!!!小妹都不經不覺飲左差不多三枝呀!!!

煎得金黃色既蠔仔烙內既蠔肉很大呀!!!但由於小妹比較怕食蛋的食物,所以只係輕輕試左一口,味道不錯!!!喜歡蠔仔烙既朋友真的要一試!!!

潮州粥品又係潮州菜既一出名食品,小時候都有問過籍貫潮州既親戚教路煮潮州粥,但每次只能煮出粥既外觀,但煮唔到外面食到既香味~~

今次有兩款粥,分別係方魚肉碎粥($96一窩)及蠔仔粥(~$110一窩),小妹因為先前食左蠔仔烙,所以就揀左頭者一試~~

粥有魚香,只要加上少少胡椒粉就可以再將鮮味帶出更上一層樓~~

另外,小妹同朋友都試左好多不同既菜就好似有豉油皇煎倉魚球(~$208)

唔識吐骨既朋友就好岩啦!!!已經起肉既魚塊煎至金黃色鮮香美味!!!

雙棗分別是蝦棗和蟹棗,兩者中蝦棗比較彈牙有口感,小妹就比較喜歡,但蟹棗口感及味道亦十分不錯的。單單一兩粒真的會不夠喉呀!!!

另外兩味咸食分別為沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 (~$98) 及碧綠川椒雞球 (~$108)...

沙爹味香濃,而牛肉又不會太老身,味道同火侯恰到好處!!!

而雞球雖然炸香外層,但肉質可以保持到嫩滑,相當不錯~~~

食完多味咸食,又點可以唔試埋D甜食呢?!首先有我的最愛最考功夫功架的反砂芋條 (~$98)

由於反砂芋就是把芋頭加上砂糖不停炒香,炒香的過程中砂糖首先會熔成糖漿,然後包裹芋頭,再之後糖漿又會轉回糖砂在芋頭的外層掛着...由於時間及心思需多,所以越來越少地方可以食到!!!

今次十分幸運,食到的反砂芋香口,而且甜味適中,食完一塊馬上就想食第二塊了!!!

由於小妹真的是一個芋迷,單單反砂芋真的不足滿足胃口大大的小妹,所以還有另一味芋頭製成的甜點,福果甜芋泥 (~$35)

甜甜的芋泥由香香的豬油炒成,雖然食起上黎有D膩口,但喜歡芋頭的人一定會愛不釋手!!!

小妹當日都大破戒,一口氣食左兩碗~~食完馬上就想到肥死啦!!!但真的太吸引了!!!

最後還有鴛鴦水晶包 (~$42),但小妹真的飽飽了,所以未有一試,但見到晶瑩剔透的外皮包住滿滿的甜涵,相信一定十分可口!!!

完美的潮州茶點可以係功夫茶作終結呢?!一杯杯熱騰騰的香茶去了晚餐的飽膩感,還為晚餐畫上完美的句號!!!
