攻煮又出巡, 今次俾面老表, 去左沙田。估唔到入面都有平民fusion 菜, 係一間行廣東路線的fusion 菜。有時d fusion 菜又真係估你唔到, 毋須破舊,但亦能立新,在固有的框架上發揮創意,將傳統變成時尚,全靠大膽創意, 悉隨尊便。室內鳥籠設計師別出心裁,或者人人都係一隻愛吃嘅雀仔,餵到埋口即食!開始我地叫左d點心, 係黑金流沙奶黃包。外面似用毛筆寫書法,金筆一揮, 點綴左漆黑既包皮。呢個包主要以外形吸引人, 質感比普通的流沙包更軟實。呢碟鷄仔+ 雞蛋真係摸唔透.....名為「有雞先定有蛋先」,哲學題我唔識,唯有食左先講 。其實係名乎其實既雞蛋布丁,滑嫩順口的雞蛋布丁注入小蛋殼,濃郁香氣撲鼻,口感綿密滑順,滿滿的Valina 味。油炸鬼食得多, 腸粉都食得多,呢個洛神金花紅米腸粉combine 左兩款。腸粉的皮很薄,咬下去外軟內脆, 有d洛神既味道 (我估係山渣), 再沾少少酸甜醬確係幾襯。如果少d油就 perfect 了。一口咬落去就滲透住櫻花蝦的甜味,成口都係,味道出奇地好, 整盤炒飯的靈魂都在櫻花蝦 迷人的香氣, 漂亮的色澤, 已經令人想食了。攻煮通常鐘意食乾身,

水煮牛肉都係攻煮至愛,呢碟麻辣味厚、d牛肉滑嫩適口而且鹹香,有一番滋味既。總括黎講可以一試!
