美心系列餐廳,為分隔集團不同品牌系列,翠園以Fusion 中菜為主線,今晚一行5人晚餐,叫左6餸一湯(本來7餸一湯,但有一道菜要退)鐵板叉燒:叉燒放在燒熱鐵板上,以黃豆舖底,上菜時,淋上叉燒汁,就係以中式叉燒配合鐵板牛排既做法,入嘴燙口,但肉中間不夠熱,美中不足嶺南牛仔肉:洋蔥多,牛肉少,汁太濃,如果配上白包,尚算可以,如果剩食,偏咸三色蝦球:味道可以接受,但上菜時而凍,有少許油益味鍋巴鱈魚方:鍋巴夠脆,鱈魚無魚味,只有甜酸味,都係一樣,上菜時已凍上湯浸豆苗:咸淡適中,豆苗嫩葱爆海參花膠:非常惹味,唯一一道菜夠熱,海參比花膠出色焗肘子:因為太咸,退貨
