To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日式居酒屋食就食得多,一間fusion菜嘅日式居酒屋仲有西餐嘅食物你又試過未呢餐廳嘅定位好特別首先餐廳係有酒吧配置,可以飲Cocktail亦都有飲酒放題嘅offer餐廳主要嘅食物有串燒、意粉、扒類、同埋日式小食,睇落去每一樣都有啲選擇,唔怕有選擇困難我哋就每款叫咗少少黎試,首先串燒方面就叫咗一串雞肉串燒,細細串唔算好特別主菜方面就叫咗一個卡邦尼意粉,意粉嘅味道唔錯而且份量都算多食落去係幾好食第二樣就叫咗半份rib ,估唔到豬肉嘅份量都幾大份,而且啖啖肉調味都做得唔錯第三樣嘅主菜就叫一份烤雞,脆脆地有少少似炸子雞嘅感覺雞肉嘅肉汁係好多好滑食落去嘅感覺都唔錯最後嘅甜品就叫咗一份Apple crumble ,仲要配埋雪糕賣相真係攞嚟打卡一流上碟都好靚,味道上都OK,反而雪糕覺得可以有多啲味道選擇飲品方面我同朋友叫咗一杯飲品,我就叫咗一杯mojito,唔會太過濃嘅酒味飲落去好易入口都幾正而且好清新自己就好鍾意啦
