想同大家分享味道梗係唔可以miss任何一道菜啦,直接揀咗Set F ($1040/人),可以食到全部152 款,得120分鐘同日本黑毛19款,都幾抵食😋

頭盤有極上夏多布里昂,黑毛和牛6款,是日黑毛和牛精選,大虎蝦,甲羅燒盛合,魷魚筒,帆立貝 ,青口盛合
之後序盤都可以再點唔同地區嘅和牛,刺身壽司,豚肉,雞肉等等...

其中最令我印象深刻嘅菜品:
極上夏多布里昂+極上厚切牛舌:必然係Chateaubriand牛啦,個個嘅油脂分佈得好均勻,好靚啊!顏值上就已經贏咗!食落超級爽口!肉質都係屬於嫩嗰一邊,不愧係中部嘅牛肉,我特別鍾意😍

甲羅燒+青口:海鮮部分特別推薦甲羅燒,撈住蛋黃一齊燒咗嚟食,燒一半時就已經好香啦
而且當日呢兩樣特別新鮮,肉又特別厚實湯汁都好鮮甜,之後瘋狂咁點咗呢兩樣,而且只需要燒個3分鐘就可以食,對分秒必爭嘅放題嚟講,超抵食😜

菠蘿:呢度嘅菠蘿好新鮮,燒咗之後每一啖都仲保留住應有嘅水份,又唔會過酸特別甜口,梗係都要配合我personal大廚嘅燒手藝🤣燒得啱啱好👍🏻

完美組合-必試食法!味醂魚乾+啤酒:男朋友最愛嘅送酒菜,見到呢道即刻拎咗罐啤酒返嚟送住食
魚乾齋食都得,但 係我哋更加鍾意燒咗嚟食,會更加焦香脆口
建議一定要剪成幼條形之後點住醬食,燒咗之後啲邊位都係脆卜卜,唔理已經食咗幾飽都停唔到口!

另外生啤都係Set F先可以無限飲,唔好錯過喇
仲有唔好唔記得炸物自助區!埋單先知原來炸物區係星期五/六先有嘅特別區,我哋都幾lucky啊👏🏻
