咁啱去開旺角就上Open Rice睇下附近有咩素食，見到珍心素食嘅餐牌，比佢吸引住，想試試。午飯時間去到，非常滿座。見到餐牌同其他食客嘅食物，我都想試😂 最後單點咗碗麵食！I was in Mong Kok, hungry. So I looked for a vegetarian restaurant through Open Rice near me. 🔸山葵芝士丸湯麵 🍜 Noodle with Wasabi & Cheese Vegetarian Meat Balls in Soup $46 🔸
湯麵嘅主角有山葵芝士丸同麵，配角有生菜，粟米粒，海苔，紅蘿蔔絲同湯。佢選用咗一隻好特別嘅蕎麥麵，並非一般嘅油麵，食落幾好咬口，帶有一股麥味。食咗個感覺好清新，感覺又健康👍🏻 有趣，可以一試。而山葵芝士丸就係平時喺齋舖會買到嗰種，我覺得幾好食。加上麵嘅配角們令到個麵有唔同口感，比較爽口，食材本身亦各帶自身味道，係幾好嘅配菜。
我認為碗麵味道比較淡，下次會試其他碟頭飯，聽聞有特製豉油汁可以撈飯，想一試！仲有佢嘅豆腐花相當吸引，下次會食！
The ingredients are Wasabi & Cheese Vegetarian Meat Balls, Lettuce , Corns , Chopped Carrots, Sea Sedge and Noodles. I love the combination of vegetables added, it enrich the textures and flavours of this dish. Also, Wasabi & Cheese Vegetarian Meat Balls tastes good The noodles aren’t the Che Jai Noodle we usually have, but a healthier and chewy Soba noodle 👍🏻
Definitely will revisit this place as they have tones of other options for vegetarian and vegan food!! I heard their Tofu desserts are awesome, will leave it for next time ;)
