We were wandering at Tsim sha Tsui and came across this Chinese dim sum hidden spot! The name is called 恆之茶居, the Siu Mai with sea urchin was surprisingly good! It looked beautiful and was certainly executed well! 海膽燒賣 $32/3隻松露蝦餃 $32/3隻Loved the black truffle steamed shrimp dumplings that was generously packed with fatty shrimp! 酥皮叉燒包 $8/個One of the highlights of the meal! The flaky and crispy cha siu bao came aromatically! Loved it a lot!
