位於將軍澳坑口村,是出名美食坊。見到有一間新開意大利餐廳“Fika”,裝修簡約,便入去食午餐。我們柯打咗個2 set lunch:3號4號餐。餐湯:甘筍忌廉湯好濃烈嘅甘筍味和好creamy 。應該用咗好多甘筍淆製。正。香蒜蜆肉蟹肉扁豆意粉 :因我從來唔食蒜頭,冇諗過連蒜片都係咁好味。原來系正宗意大利煮法 :用欖油和蒜片慢火低溫僻咗個蒜味,炒過蒜嘅味道唔會辛辣,反而逼出蒜嘅甜味及惹味,令到成個意粉好香口,加咗少許紅尖椒和椒碎又香口,小小辣味還帶出海鮮嘅鮮味。食材算多又新鮮。整個意粉製作出色好味道。燒美國豬肉眼配香滑薯蓉炒雜菜:一啖咬落去唔鞋口,肉質好juicy。烹調用自製醬料,多啲水份加埋蔬菜煮,令到肉質纖維鬆化有多啲水份。另外,薯蓉好特別,有一點點薯仔粒又鬆軟,賣相似淋咗醬汁嘅飯。雜菜新鮮即炒放上碟。唔錯。整體嚟講,服務態度誠懇。味道簡直係冇得輸,可以同高級餐廳媲美。😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋。
