做到脆、軟、糯、香!

春日menu #水芹菜煎餅

可惜當日all sold-out

退選雜錦煎餅,有海鮮及泡菜兩款

海鮮topping 份量十足

至於泡菜版本就比較平易近人,酸甜開胃

前者,係辣椒釀豬肉再炸到金鬆酥

我handle唔到,因為真係太辣

不過敢寫包單一定係嗜辣豬隊友會大Like嘅finger food!

至於蒜鍋,蒜量驚人

完完全全係一個濃郁組合

巨量蒜頭加上雞件用清燉方式

一打開就係好crazy 撲鼻嘅蒜香

另外生牛肉他他、醬油蟹、海膽紫菜包飯等等等等就係大家耳熟能詳嘅必點款,不用多介紹
