一大班人一齊食飯，打邊爐係其中一個好選擇不過，如果係帶長輩出去打邊爐🍲但係環境、食物質素普遍啲啲🤏🏻都有機會俾人話：「返屋企打好過啦」所以搵間fancy啱打卡嘅火鍋店就啱晒呢類型嘅長輩而湊湊就係我其中一間帶媽咪encore嘅火鍋店！湊湊嘅環境比起其他大型連鎖火鍋店精緻流水造景、乾冰效果同暗暗嘅環境好有氣氛！自助配料小食bar亦都好整齊乾淨我地嗌咗三個鍋底，分別係：台式麻辣鍋、紅顏花膠雞鍋同酸菜魚鍋我最鍾意就係花膠雞鍋😋湯味好濃，頭一轉可以先飲湯飲夠再加湯打邊爐🍲媽咪就最鍾意麻辣鍋🌶️除咗因為辣味足料之外仲因為鴨血可以無限添食兼外帶慳家長輩就最鍾意啦而食物擺盤方面都好靚好精緻需要份量亦都比較精緻不過小食bar有肉燥飯、麻辣鮮皮、蕃薯麻糬波任食當然仲有唔少得台式飲品啦完全唔怕食完會唔飽肚！我地當日有先叫套餐再散叫幾份食品6個人人均500蚊，比一般連鎖火鍋店貴少少不過環境氣氛同食物都值回票價最重要係長輩們食得開心🥳

湯味好濃，頭一轉可以先飲湯
飲夠再加湯打邊爐🍲
媽咪就最鍾意麻辣鍋🌶️
除咗因為辣味足料之外
仲因為鴨血可以無限添食兼外帶
慳家長輩就最鍾意啦

而食物擺盤方面都好靚好精緻
需要份量亦都比較精緻
