Cupping Room Coffee Roasters (閣麟街)

I recently visited The Cupping Room in Central and was extremely disappointed by the subpar service and lackluster attitude of the shop manager. 
Despite being provided with the wrong size of order, the manager's dismissive demeanor and lack of accountability left much to be desired. For an establishment purporting to offer a high standard of service, this experience fell egregiously short. 
It is regrettable that a cafe of this nature would operate with such disregard for customer satisfaction, and I sincerely hope that improvements are made to rectify these shortcomings. 

Whilst their Doubleshot by Cupping room  provides a premium service, with high standard waitress / waiter to serve professionally, I'm disheartened to see such a low service standard from Cupping Room Central, especially by the shop manager.
