Comprehensive menu- 15 types of chicken to choose from. Chef picked different chickens from different countries for different parts.
Seated at counter. Went for the $780 omakase. Although skewers were grilled over charcoal in front of us, there was quite a distance and we did not feel hot at all. Here’s what we were given:

Ice cream as dessert.
In summary: interesting experience. Worth a try. In hindsight, should have gone a la Carte as I would prefer more grilled vegetables and the grilled rice ball. Since the sushi menu was apparently crafted by Saito San, am very tempted to come back for the tuna/toro rice bowl for lunch.
