TGIF! 今晚難得有朋友可以陪我食早飯, 即係衝去成日勁多人排隊既道。6點鐘已經到尖沙咀, 再上去k11上面間, 果然不用等位。第一次食飯要親自下廚, 又冇做足功課, 有點迷惘, 但幸好有位職員介紹煮法, 及後幫我們煮埋,太好了。可以學習下, 下一轉自己黎! 芝士四重奏文字燒重芝士味又起絲, 口感不錯! 上碟前記得要加汁和沙律!仲有"綠色粉"!(事關我都吾記得!)炒面好惹味! 精髓在於鰹魚汁, 和鼓油! 海鮮文字燒海鮮口味, 味道更鮮!特別鍾意呢個牛油芝士年糕。一定要趁熱食! 好好味啊!三個人似乎未係好夠, 所以追加烏冬,咬口煙靭! 凍食又得, 如果想熱食就下炒炒佢又得! 整體味道不錯, 不過份量較少, 御好燒只是一人份量, 要追加其他配料先夠!
