We had dinner at Wang Jia Sha after shopping at City Plaza. As we were not too hungry, we mainly tried some appetizers and dim sums. Drunken chicken was good as they used Kamei chicken which was more healthy. Soft braised bean gluten with mushroom and podded peas was tasty. Drunken chicken was good as they used Kamei chicken which was more healthy. Soft braised bean gluten with mushroom and podded peas was tasty. However, dim sums such as Shanghai dumplings with minced pork filling, pan fried pork meat dumplings, Shanghai pork and vegetable dumplings, pan fried dough cakes with beef filling, etc. were of average standard. Though they were less oily, the meat fillings were mediocre and they were less authentic as compared with those supplied in other traditional Shanghai restaurants such as Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant. Price wise, it was not considered competitive though you would have discount on selected dishes if you made advanced booking.
