To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Went here for dim sum the other day with my family. Actually a bit disappointed in the choice of dim sum offered. There wasn't a wide range of selection of dim sum that we liked, so we just went for the barbecue pork buns and the tofu pudding. These 2 dishes turned out to be pretty good. I liked the strong barbecue pork flavor in the buns and the tofu pudding was made well. We also ordered the 荷葉 rice (lily rice) and it was not bad. Not too dry and not too soggy. Went here for dim sum the other day with my family.

Actually a bit disappointed in the choice of dim sum offered. There wasn't a wide range of selection of dim sum that we liked, so we just went for the barbecue pork buns and the tofu pudding. These 2 dishes turned out to be pretty good. I liked the strong barbecue pork flavor in the buns and the tofu pudding was made well.

We also ordered the 荷葉 rice (lily rice) and it was not bad. Not too dry and not too soggy. But we just didn't like the fact that the variety of dim sum was far too limited.

Anyway, prices here are overall pretty high as the restaurant's in Central. Service is pretty ok.
