I ordered the Baltic Sea ($26 for a large size).  This was a blend of pineapple, passion fruit and apple. I was surprised it was so thick even though this wasn't a smoothie. it was super good. The combination worked well.  It had a strong taste of pineapple but wasn't too sour as it was balanced out by the apple and passion fruit. Unlike other fresh fruit juice places, this didn't precipitate out. How is that possible? This is definitely one of the best fruit juice places I've had in Hong Kong. I wish it was closer to where I live otherwise I'd be a regular.
