Decided to check out their "buffet" with my wife and mother-in-law after seeing it advertised in a local paper. So apparently on weekdays it costs $198 per person from 6-8pm and $268 per person after 8:15pm. We could only get a 8:15pm reservation and the table was available with no wait time. The restaurant is actually much more comfortable than the other Under the Bridge crab places in Wanchai/CWB that I've been to over the years.Their "buffet" is actually not the traditional all you can eat.

The restaurant is actually much more comfortable than the other Under the Bridge crab places in Wanchai/CWB that I've been to over the years.
Their "buffet" is actually not the traditional all you can eat. Each person gets to choose one crab dish (there are 8 varieties of cooking methods to choose from). Each person also gets one fried soft shell crab (yummy!) and one Alaskan king crab leg (not so yummy). The rest of the all you can eat portion consist of the following:
- fried rice, fried noodles, flat noodles etc.
- clams, fried small fish, mini shrimp, chicken, beef and vegs
- sweet soup or ice cream
So the all you can eat stuff is actually the "cheaper" items - not the crab.
Having said that, we ordered three crabs: one chili crab, one garlic sauce and another yellow egg yoke. The crab is very tasty and fresh. The other dishes were also pretty good although we didn't order more after the first round (was pretty stuffed already). The food is definitely on the salty side.
Overall, good meal even though eating crab is super messy. The staff was pretty attentive and changed our plates often. One waitress even asked how our food was at the end of our meal which is unheard of at a Chinese restaurant.
If you want to be able to eat crab cooked a variety of ways, then the buffet option is good. Ordering a la carte would probably come out to about the same price assuming you didn't order a huge crab.
