To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好久冇去太興晚餐了,陪友人揀了兩份餐,除咗燒味、冰鎮奶茶 以外,呢個椒鹽鮮魷套餐,也是值得推薦大家!椒鹽鮮魷外皮酥脆可口,肉質鮮嫩多汁,調味恰到好處,最重要都係肉質新鮮,讓我每一口都能感受到魷魚的鮮美,那椒鹽的微妙風味則增添了海鮮的層次感,配有少許炸蒜蓉丶紅椒丶青椒,鮮嫩的鮮魷沾上濃郁的椒鹽調味,不會過於鹹或辣,廚師那完美的配搭及掌控,完美平衡了鹹鮮和香脆的味覺體驗。這道菜的烹調技巧獨到,即叫即炸,讓魷魚保持了最佳的口感,由落單到上枱不足十分鐘,顯示出廚師的精湛手藝,那鮮香四溢的口感,讓食客食指大動,一口接一口,停不下來。幸好份量這道菜份量算合理,有十多片,可與友人分享,都是令人非常滿意的選擇,而其他小菜都不過不失,確實值得一試。
