燒肉都用新幹線!!!餐廳位置唔難搵, 係報紙檔樓上~ 一出lift見到一大隻牛係門口都咪話唔嚇親…除左隻牛既模型之外, 仲有個雪櫃展示左好多唔同牛既部位同埋證書.. 令客人食都食得安心D..佢地舖頭裝修時尚cyber,而且座位十分闊落…佢地仲用智能化既送餐模式透過運輸帶送食物去到客人既枱邊, 再由客人自己拎上枱.. 過程衛生好多..我地要左個B餐, 坐左冇耐店員serve<<舟盛>>比我地.,.. 入面有牛外橫隔膜、牛肋肉、豚肉、虎蝦、帶子、什菇&蔬菜等…呢隻舟最印象深刻既係牛外橫隔膜、虎蝦、帶子!! 牛外橫隔膜唔算油脂重, 但係唔un口…比較軟腍同質地幾唔錯!!虎蝦就香口鮮甜同爽口!! 帶子估唔到大隻得黎甜美! 我地有再追加虎蝦同蠔!!! 蠔又係唔會有腥臭味之餘比我想像中新鮮! 總括黎講: 呢度既海鮮類好唔錯!而牛方面.. 我地有order左牛舌、牛肩胛肉、牛外橫隔膜倨人覺得牛舌就切得太薄喇.. 冇左咩口感…牛肩胛肉、牛外橫隔膜都唔錯!!出面self-serve既有salad bar.. 有數款唔同種類既salad.. 全部都一個個用獨立紙盒裝住..
