While I didn’t expect much but the soft Takoyaki skin, I was wrong! I can say this is the best Takoyaki at a very reasonable price in Hong Kong! 
There are two choices of Takoyaki at Sogo Basement. This is a new store that I got to try out ;) While waiting for my Takoyaki 章魚燒, I can see that the chefs were very professionally efficient. The kitchen is very clean. That enlightens my appetizers and I couldn’t wait to have mine! Alright let’s get back to the Takoyaki - The outer layer was very crispy and crunchy, while the fillings and sauce are melted in my month! One of the highlights is that the dried bonita was given generously!!!!! While I didn’t expect much but the soft Takoyaki skin, I was wrong! I can say this is the best Takoyaki at a very reasonable price in Hong Kong!
