have been wanting to try their cakes so i did.i've been to the central sift for quite a lot of times and was completely surprised about how similar this is to chikalicious in NYC.chikalicious started a patisserie selling cupcakes and drinks, and so did sift.i couldn't believe my eyes when i first saw the cakes because they just look soooo familiar to me.the chocolate hazelnut cake looks almost identical to the cake from pierre herme (where you can also get something similar from island shangri-l

the chocolate hazelnut cake looks almost identical to the cake from pierre herme (where you can also get something similar from island shangri-la and royal garden)
the ispahan is indeed pierre herme's signature cake
the hazelnut mille feuille is another copy of pierre herme's 2000 millefeuille - even the pattern of the icing is THE SAME.
not to mention about the cupcakes - red velvet is another chikalicious thing.
gosh if the michelin 3-star chef told you to copy from other great chefs around the world and claim they're your signature dish, then i'm cool with what i saw today. however i expect someone as smart as jennifer, who learnt such great baking skills from such highly recognized place would be able to show us something more.
create something for yourself please...stop making money out of something that you copied from somebody else.
just a side note - the sofas were dirty. perhaps white is not such a good idea.
