To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炎蔵燒肉在日本很出名,難得在香港開了分店,午餐當然要來這邊吃。這次跟朋友點的是L1 和牛極致定食和L6 和牛西冷薄切大判燒&赤身定食,各點了兩個,額外點了一盤牛舌。先說肉的部分,牛肉的香氣都在口齒間徘徊,和牛很軟嫩而且肉味濃郁,牛舌口感Q彈,個人推薦L6的和牛西冷薄切,雪花分佈均勻,油脂豐富,尤其在沾上韓國雞蛋後口感更順滑。另外,以套餐的形式,沙拉、泡菜、肉品一應俱全,還有附上味增湯,可以吃的很飽,餐點CP值很高, 空間寬敞舒適不會人擠人的,還有專人代烤的服務。最重要的是,店裡通風做得很好,沒有油煙味。下次可以再去。
