事隔3個月又再次惠顧,廚師👩🏻‍🍳恰巧是上一次主理的那位😊。今次還有說有笑,感覺很好。今次點了2份「菊」、1份「桃」。頗喜歡秋田的Starters,是鮮三文魚籽蒸原壳蛋🥚,還有少少黑松露作點綴,熱騰騰的,好鮮味。南非鮑魚,活生生的,體積也不算小,口感不錯👍🏻 冰鮮龍蝦🦞半尾,肉質雖比不上新鮮,但溶入了龍蝦汁、味道也很濃郁。 而且,龍蝦🦞頭會拿去煲湯🍲,隨後奉上。和牛脆蒜片青葱簿燒卷,5成熟恰到好處,還特意叫廚師額外加添蒜片給我們,美味可口。鵝肝易入口,沒有「押」味,味道還可以。即整銅鑼燒,就是叮噹豆沙餅,好得意,配上芝蔴雪糕,這款特色的甜品為這餐鐵板燒劃上完美的句號。
